Thats what the recipe called it but it reminds me of good old Chicken and Rice. Great flavor and easy to cook on the egg.

That looks good Mike. Do you use regular white rice? Growing up with some cuban influence, I've only used the yellow rice.

Hey guy we use brown rice these days alot more then white rice, for some reason the wife is thinking of my health, don't ask me why. Yellow rice would work fine also. Here is the recipe I used. http://www.bbqcamper.com/Chicken--and--Rice.php
