Have just aquired these and am going to install this afternoon. Anyone have any advice? I'm somewhat mechanically disinclined. The instructions do not seem too bad, but it seems like every project I start ends up being more complicated that it at first seems...

    Wade,[p]No problem. If I can do it anyone can do it. The direction are pretty straightforward Everything looks good to go. Doing some thick cut pork chops, sweet corn, asparagus, and Texas sweet onion, all smoked with sweet wood blend this evening. I loaded the firebox up and am doing a turkey breast with sugar maple after the chops come off. It's a shame to waste a hot egg.[p]Oh yea, Miller Lite and Bud on the side...
