Baby Back Ribs

Just cooked 2 racks of Baby Backs using the plate setter with water in the drip pan for 3.5 hrs @ 225 degrees and all was incredible. The racks fell apart taking it off the egg. We had sides of asparagus, fried okra and parmesan garlic bread. I am now going to kick back in the TV room and watch college football until I pass out. I don't know what the rest of the family is going to do. It's all good. The Big Green Egg rules.
