Great pictures Anything special to get the skin so dark... did you use pecan wood to smoke them

We used apple chips for the smoke, brined over night, then oiled the chickens, and rubbed on some McCormick Chicken Rub. They were on the egg for a little under 2 hours, between 325-350 degrees. We purchased the stands at Lowes for the beer cans. Not sure if could really taste the beer, but tasty none the less.
