can't log in -

never got confirmation email - yet can select "forgot password" and it will send me a new one... then still can't get it - says registration or activation is not complete, and to watch my email - but I never get anything that allows me to complete / log in successfully.

have never been able to log in to new forum, but I was on old forum for years -
