Tried pizza for the second time, first time several years ago not good results, this time it was different!
Just had to try EssexCounty's onion pizza. It worked! Came out great and tasted pretty good. Second one was with cheese only and a little olive oil. Tasted even better crust was shaped like Block Island though.
Now all I have to do is learn how to make the dang things round!

You'd laugh you a** off at the shapes I come up with.
Going to spend some time with the pizza dough to see what I can come up with. Then I'll find the camera and post a photo.
