What cooking temp/method do you guys reccomend for baby backs?

We do ours indirect over firebricks and a drip pan at 350 for about 3 hours. We soak them in the buttermilk goop overnight. Don't flip for the first hour, then flip about every 45 minutes after that. If you want bbq sauce, sauce them the last half hour. [p]~nikki
