Need Help With Center Cut Pork Loin Rib Roast

boy thats a mouthfull! what temps do i do this at weighs like 2.5 pounds any info is appreciated!

    Vegas Slim,
    Plain and simple. Rub it with Ken Stone's Glided Splinters, at a dome temp of about 275 degrees, and take to an internal temp of 155. Great eating

    Cooks Issustrated This Month has a recipe for Pork rib roast. I cooked it the same as they said but did it on the Egg. It was excellent.
