Well, I don't screw around. Got my medium bge delivered today and made a 5lb tri-tip which came out WONDERFUL, and currently have 2 boston butts crammed in the egg right now.
Check out my photo album...... i've got pics of my egg being put together and the first cook and a pic of my current cook in progress..... it's gonna be a LOOOOOONG week, cause I've got 2 porterhouses, a half dozen rib eyes, 2 briskets, 1 rack of baby backs, 4 game hens and a chicken, all heading for a ride on the egg this week. (this is for me and my two roomates)

Joel Ferman, and I thought you were a student. When I was a student, if it was after the 15th of the month, we were eating bologna three meals a day. Fried bologna and eggs, bologna sandwiches and bologna casserole wre our staples.
