Somewhere Over the Rib-Bow

Somewhere between golf, a nap, drinking a few bloody mary's and watchin some baseball, I did some BB ribs using the CWM method, baked beans, CW's cornbread, fried corn, and some fresh garden raised 'maters and cucumbers for dinner...
Rubbed my ribs last night using Byron's butt rub and mustard...then after the 3-1 step, used a mix of KC Masterpiece, honey, molasses and brown sugar and a lil Louisiana Hot Sauce for kick to make up a mop for the ribs...

Used a modified CWM recipe for the beans (posted elsewhere)...

Fried some fresh corn...

made some CW cornbread...

plated the whole thing with some fresh cucumbers soaked in ranch dressing and fresh sliced 'maters...

dang wadda meal!..gonna have a drink and go to bed! :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:
