Any thoughts on this whole loin?I did throw out Toads loin which may not suiot everyone.

    Jim R,
    Plain and simple. Rub it with Ken Stone's Glided Splinters, at a dome temp of about 275 degrees, and take to an internal temp of 155. Great eating
