When to kick up butt temp

Cooking an 8 1/2 pound butt. Put it on 16 hours ago, been at 250 with BBQGuru all night and meat now at about 185.

Question is, at what point do I decide to kick the dome temp up to 350+ and finish out the meat to 200?
