Well, I made it thru the night. Only got up a couple of times, even with the wife reminding me that I had meat cooking. Got up this morning at 5 and the temp had fallen to around 225. I opened the drafts up and had it back up in no time. I must be on the "plateu" it's sitting around 169. Smells delicious, I haven't opened the dome to peak. I want to thank all the pros on here for all the advice that we get. It really helps.

Sounds like you are right on the money. After the plateau breaks it won't take too much time. I pull at 192F, that's my magic number. Enjoy!

Man you will be pulling some good pork here in a bit. I use a knife for some of the bigger pieces since my wife doesnt like long stringy pieces of meat.

up to 190...still haven't opened the dome. I will have to do that to check the other butt. probe is stuck in the smaller of the two. Hard to wait.
