butt cooking time
need help! have one 4 lb. bone in butt, one 6 lb. boneless butt..want to have ready @ 9 am tommorow..how much cooking time @200-225 should I allow for 200 internal ?

Never know exactly how long, and hopefully you have an alarm that will wake you up if the temp gets to your desired level.

At 200-225 you can expect forever.
Bump that dome up to 250. At that point it will be 1-2 per pound depending on the amount of fat and connective tissue present.
