I have been blessed with three Lade Superior lake trout. I would like to know how to do them. they are a more tender and mild meat than salmon. I will be brining and smoking two out of the three. But for the remaining trout, I would like to do something special. Thanks in advance

<p />MAC:[p]I take a simple approach to trout so I do not over power that delicate taste of this fish. Brush with olive oil, season with Lawry's or another appropriate fish rub or seasoning and grill at 325º or so. Turn once about half way through the cook using two spatulas. Thirty minutes should do it.
