8# pork shoulder..which side up?

Doing a 2 level cook, with 8# brisket on bottom on lge BGE with 8# pork shoulder on top on extended rack..Should fat side of pk shoulder be up ordown? Thanks...P.S. I have fat side of this flat brisket down.
