No Crust Tomato Pie

After seeing a few tomato pies yesterday, and looking at all the tomatoes I have, decided to put one together.

Covered the bottom of a creuset pie pan with plum tomatoes
Added:
Crumpled bacon
Chopped green onions
Capers
Black olives
Italian Bread Crumbs (just a little)
Feta Cheese
Cracked Black Pepper
Added another layer of plum tomatoes and then
Parmesan Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese

Put it on my SBGE at 500 degrees for 15 minutes
It was mightyfine.

Might add a few jalpeno slices next time. Didn't add salt - the capers and feta cheese have enough salt.
