Reheating brisket?

I've got a 7 pound brisket that I need to smoke tomorrow for a July 4th get together. I have to do ribs on the 4th so I need to get the brisket done in advance.
What's the best way to reheat brisket and not dry it out, and should I slice it up tomorrow when it's done or leave it whole for slicing the next day?
Thanks all!

The way we do it is to cook a few days early and then slice just prior to reheating and reheating with the gravy (juices) from the brisket.

I've been doing this one for years when I have to precook. Always get great reviews.

I always only slice as much as I am going to eat when i first cook it. If I am i a hurry I will reheat in the oven covered in wax paper, if I am not in a hurry I toss it in a 225 oven over a pan of water. Both make for very moist brisket.

When you reheat in the oven over a pan of water do you cover the brisket? Thanks.
