With only the two of us, and not big on leftovers we are always looking for smaller cuts of meat. Turkey tenderloins fit the bill but today they were all premarinaded. Tried these for the first time. Thanks to the Egg and my thermopen cooked perfectly, but way too much salt. At Superfresh this is not uncommon, there were not any unpreseasoned pork or turkey tenderloins. Now I know better.
