OK - usually when I make kebabs I just spear suitable things on a skewer, put them on, turn every 5 minutes get on with anything else (adult beverage, veggies, whatever else is going on / has come off the grill)

I've had a phonecall inviting me to make supper tonight - chicken kebabs are on the menu.
Well I know we have chicken breasts, sweet peppers and onions so what do pepople recommend for grilling temp/ time / height?

I'm thinking 350ish 15mins at original grill level ( I sometimes use my woo ring to go a little slower )

I'll also be grilling some aubergine (eggplant) and courgette (zuchini) I hope and maybe some new potatoes on skewers if they're small enough.

I just want to be a bit more organised this time - eg try and light the egg before putting the kids to bed!

Oh - and I'm on UK time so it may be too late to ask.
