Stuffed Pork Loins

Stuffed 4 pork loins tonight.
One with a coffee rub and stuffed with spinach, Fontana cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
2nd one with Bad Byron’s Butt Rub spinach, Fontana cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
Third one with coffee rub calamata olives, Fontana cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
Fourth one with Bad Byron’s Butt rub and all of the above, spinach, Fontana cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and calamata olives.

Threw the little pink wrap thingys I got off the internet in the trash when one of them kind of started getting soft. They are rated at 650 degrees, but had "Hazel" at 400. Don't need any problems from melting plastic.

Olives, cheese and sun dried tomatoes

Spinach, cheese and sun dried tomatoes.
All were pretty good! Would make these again minus the pink thingys!
