Oriental Steak rolls

On a roll, 3 nights of egging. Tonight is a quick low fat RED meat recipe I found and altered:

Oriental Steak Roll Ups


*Make sure you have a nice THICK piece of meat when slicing thin*

2-3 Lbs Flank Steak (Or Top Round in my case)
Bunch Green onions
1 Green pepper sliced
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil (canola in my case)
1/2 TBSP corn starch


Slice steak in 1/4 inch thick strips (across grain preferable)
Pound each piece thin. Place piece of onion & pepper on each piece of steak and roll around & fasten with toothpick. marinate meat in the other ingredients for 30-90 minutes.
Cook over 400 + or - direct heat, turning 1-2 X for about 15 minutes total.

Mmmmmmm.....
