Anyone that is willing to help with suggestions I would be most grateful. I have had my large BGE for many years, and frankly, have mastered brisket, a good rub and a kick a@#$ sauce. I entered a BBQ competion yesterday at Orvis, in my hometown of Manchester VT, and was very well received, better than most restaurants (if not all of them, humbly).
I am considering going the next step, ie, doing a few shows this year, charging money, all that. If that works who knows, open up a BBQ joint, this town needs one.
What I am hoping to get feedback on is suggestions on a smoker with more capacity, if I go into this then I need to have the ability to do 5-6 briskets at 12 pounds minimum (maybe more), the BGE is good for 2 at best. Any ideas ?? I will not sacrifice quality, but as much as I like my egg, I do not want to buy 2-3 more of these, there has got to be a better solution. Cookshack, others ? I am all ears, and thanks.

How much $$$ do you want to spend. Stumps smokers has gravity feed smokers. Ole hickory has a backyard smoker for about $5500. Lang makes small smokers. Cook shack make small smokers. Treager is a pellet smoker. Just start a goggle search for smokers. Good luck to you.

Why not invest in several more large eggs? You already know how to cook on them very well and at appr. $800 each, they will probably be cheaper (or atleast comprable) than a nice larger smoker and there's not a whole lot out there that is going to cook'em any better :laugh: Now, if you are looking at 15-20 briskets a day; that's a little different. I am not trying to be a smartass or blinded by the eggs; I am working on a similar project myself and am simply interested in your point of view.

Not a bad idea to get a couple more eggs and I will think about that, I am guessing I would need to make 6-8 briskets on any given day, but really not sure, that is why I am considering other alternatives, and thanks to the other posts for suggestions, I will check these smokers out.
