BB Ribs and Fava Beans: Success!

Did BBs using 3-1.5-1 and they turned out great! Threw on some fava beans in the shell, tossed with EVOO & Kosher salt, on a grill extender over the ribs for the final hour. Favas turned out great to - I was surprised by how much (cherry chip) smoke they picked up even though they were in the shell. I'll definitely do these again and post photos.
