Ribeye Roast

I have a 10 ln Ribeye Roast. Any ideas on seasonings
or marinade. Also cooking times.

    You're going to get a lot of different replies. I would cut in half. One would be served medium rare the medium. Just depends on what people want. I would sear at 600, the finishing roasting at 325.
    I keep my simple, EVOO/Kosher Salt/Fresh Black Pepper.

    Carwash Mike is quite right on. The only thing I would add to the seasoning is some freash chopped Thyme. I also perfer mine to be more rare, but that is all up to you. I would sear at 600 and finish at 325 just like Mike pointed out. Good luck. Ribroast are one of my all time favorites. ;)B)
