Ceasar Salad with grilled shrimp

Been hungry for shrimp for a bit so we bought two pounds of 16/20's. I made Salt and Pepper Shrimp. Real simple. Just tossed the shrimp with salt, pepper and EVOO and let them sit an hour.

Skewered them

Grilled @ 400F for 2 minutes per side

    .........love it. I consider Grilled Shrimp Ceasar as a standard. Can't wait to try it on the egg. Maybe hit it with some fresh parmesean & cracked black pepper?
