Pizza cheeses recommendation

I like a loaded pizza as much as the next guy, but sometimes when eating out for lunch I'll order just a plain cheese pizza. This week I tried a Chicago based chain called UNO. That cheese pizza was terrific.
Last night was pizza Saturday so I thought I'd take our already "perfected" loaded pizza to a new level by using the same combination of cheeses as on that one from UNO. Boy-o-boy what a sucess that turned out to be! It was fresh mozzarella (you know in a ball suspended in liquid), freshly grated Romano, Muenster and plain feta. Those four cheeses blend wonderfully to knock your socks off!

    RRP,
One other cheese you can add to your pizza vocabulary: Asiago. There's a great pizza joint in Providence, RI that uses Asiago. It's added near the end of the bake because it browns quickly. It has a sort of nutty flavor and makes a great "crusty" top as opposed the the creaminess of the fresh mozzarella.
