The better half (and I am serious when I say that) has been working hard, so I thought I would try and make a special meal tonight ... just because.
Go ahead ... ah, how nice@@
ANYWAY, I made filet's, asparagus wrapped in baby Swiss and prosciutto ham, garlic roles and corn on the cob A(out of picture. Had 2 egg fired up and if I must say so ""I was in the ZONE!!

I try and use the baby asparagus. It is more tender, cooks faster and we like it with just a little crunch!
I think she was happy, and a happy wife certainly make for a happy home -
Thanks man!

After all the playing you had been doing while she was away. I thought, surely not burgers. :woohoo:
You did well.

Well, since there have been no invitation in the mailbox lately, I've had do do some cooking on my own, but for the killer ribs, I'll have to wait for you!
You going to make it Atlanta this year? -
Way to go, Damon! You got some badly needed points with this! :woohoo: :woohoo:

I doubt it. Have a huge party on the 11th and Broc is having a nice cookout in Omaha the following week. It is a long ways a way. I'd like to.
Nice touch with proscuitto instead of bacon.
Mike -
Thanks. How did you know I badly needed the points? You psychic?
How have you been? A bunch of the North Georgia Eggers try to get together every month. We need to add you to our list ... that is if you're interested!! I'll make sure we have grape soda for ya :P -

I like to do it on a raised grid direct. The cheese will drip and can cause flairs.

I did marry up and need to work to keep the boss happy.
All of the work is worth it! -
Thanks, I appreciate it.

That's very kind of you, Damon. Let me know when ya'll are getting together next time. Grape soda is my favorite as long as it is properly fermented........
