Tonights quick ribs

Fall off the bone in 2.5 hours. I picked at it before the picture as you can see. Cooked at at 325, then 400. Then 350 for a while, all direct and raised grid. Didn't pull the membrane Finished it with Tennessee red.

were you not paying attention? that is against everything the Big Green Gods say about cooking ribs.....
now i have to go back and retrain........
now that i have recomposed myself they look yummy. -
In a world where everything is hurry up, f-u, outta my way...it's refreshing to see a dinner that took 2-1/2 hours to cook referred to as "quick."
I told my fellow parishoners this past weekend that it took 13 hours to smoke the pulled pork we were eating and they were dumbstruck. To us Eggers, that seems, well, normal. -
They looked charred but they were not. I have been cooking ribs so many years that I almost can't screw them up. Sea food is where I lack skills.

You got the ribs and fish expertise. I did azrp shrimp and ricks garlic shrimp. Both came out good.

Not only do I live in FL, I fish and sometimes catch a few. I'm not much of a fish eater anyway.
