Smoked Meatballs
I tried a new and quick recipe last night for smoked meatballs. I was going through the freezer section at the store and spotted the frozen meetballs......light blub went off. I bought two bags of different kinds, they are fully cooked, and went home and fired up my BGE. I used hickory as my chioce of smoke and started cooking. Some I used a sauce on, some I skewered with onions and bell peppers and some I soaked in soy sauce. All turned out good and quick to fix.[p]KT

Meatball kabobs.....now there's an interesting idea! What temp and how long did you cook them?

nikkig,[p]I cooked them at 300 degrees. I wanted a fast smoke and the meatballs were fully cooked so I didn't have to cook long. Just long enough to get the veggies on the stick done.
