Nan...really easy and good

Last night I followed Stephen Raichlen's recipe for Nan in his "BBQ Bible" book, and it turned out great, and it was very easy. No pizza stone required, it cooks really fast directly on the grate over a super hot fire. It was really similar to what I've always had in Indian restaurants. And another nice thing is that you can make the dough ahead of time, seperate it into the sizes needed to roll out to make the individual breads, and keep 'em in the frig or freezer ready to throw on the egg for any meal. They cook so fast you don't even need to lower the lid.
