This stuff taste even better today than it did yesterday.

How did you do that?I thought Canadian bacon was kind of round in shape and the other thing in the shot looks like a brisket.

They both look real good never had turkey pasrami before sounds and looks good.

Nice Jake. Did you use a debone turkey breast to do that with?

i used a pork loin the leanest you can get.. Got the recipe at the Omaha Eggfest last year.
jenny-o makes a turkey pastrami. I just smoked it.
