I used my new Woo2 on my Medium last night and was very pleased with the extra control it provided when cooking direct. I have a platesetter to use when cooking indirect but wonder if I will use it much since the Woo2 will also offer that option. I think I am ready for a cast iron grill. Is BGE the best place to get one or are there other and better alternatives? Thanks for any input.
