Color of the type in the postings

I just discovered a fact while copying some recipes to Word for printing out: The type is not black, but a shade of dark gray and not quite as easy to read as black print on white paper. So I Select All and change anything I've copied from the Forum to black.

Not a big thing, but another step I have take. I wonder why not just use the darker color to begin with? I find it more legible.

Such a good website, I have to find SOMETHING to pick at!

Really appreciate all the work that went into this project!

    Judy Mayberry,

Hmm, looking at the styles in the recipe section, there appear to be no color specifications active for the recipe content. That would make them use the browser's default color, which for me appears to be black. Could the color have been an artifact of the cut-and-paste operation into Word? I know Word can be rather "intrusive" when doing such things.
