Kevin,[p]Recently, you responded to a request for a grilled swordfish recipe. It was suggested as an alternative to my boring "salad dressing marinade" SOP. I'm ready to try it tonight and can't find it currently or in the archives. Please repost.[p]K~G

    KennyG,[p]My pleasure!! Just don't blame me if your Italian dressing stuff is better!! LOL[p]Tropical Swordfish [p]4, 8 ounce Swordfish steaks
    1 cup Olive oil
    1/2 cup White wine
    1/2 cup Dijon mustard
    1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
    2 clove(s) Garlic, minced
    1 tablespoon Cumin
    1 Jalapeno peppers, diced[p]PREPARATION:
    Blend all ingredients together to form the marinade.[p]Place fish in ziploc plastic bag, cover with marinade and refrigerate for 20 - 30 minutes.[p]Grill over high direct heat basting with marinade as needed. [p]Stogie
