Pork tenderloin

Tonights simple dinner was a pork tenderloin coated with dizzy dust and some veggie kabobs with evoo and Shakin the Tree :woohoo: :woohoo:We really enjoyed it.I forgot to thaw out some ribs,and this was what wifey brought home from the store.I am satisfied :woohoo:

Beautiful.
I love pork tenderloin, and think it is a very easy dish on the EGG,.
I usually stuff mine with provolone, basil, and sun dried tomatoes.

Pretty clever raised grill setup you put together, Doug. I like the setup you've got to work with, also. I think it was the paper towels mounted up on the rooftop that really made me look in detail at your smoke shack. Nice!

They are so simple to cook,and they taste great.Thanks Mike,it is nice to have a place for everything.I really like this set-up,but want to get the XL under a roof also.I also need more deck space.Maybe i'll be able to add on later this summer
