Turkey Breast turned out very good

Injected with butter, coated with Evoo and then sprinkled with a generous amount of JH Pecan Rub.
Made a drip pan with cranberry juice, 1 cup of chardonay :( and 1 quartered apple. Apple wood for smoke. 300 until 170 internal. Outstanding taste.

Was my first breast. Did the mad max whole turkey back awhile. This will be on the roatation more often.
