Hey Pat, looks good. Do you have to double up on your cooks so there will be enough for you and your neighbors or are you just hungry tonight?

LOL these are for the wife and I. Neighbors are still chomping on the bb ribs and wings from earlier. Just put in another order for the custom country ribs we did last week (about #2 each). That should keep them happy for a while. Hope all is well at your end.

Yessir, I like the simple cooks--especially when I haven't cooked anything on the eggs during the week. Really helps get things back into alignment. Plus, the simple cooks are really some of my favorite ones.

The rosemary should really set it apart.
