Finally got my new bottom of the egg in Wednesday and this was the first cook to break it back in, why not a 15 hour cook :-)

This was an almost 10 pounder. The rub/bark had a great taste once again, think I tweaked it where I like it the most now. Put it on at 9 last night, checked at midnight and once at 6am and it stayed at 235 the entire time. Took it off at 9am when it hit 197 and threw it in the cooler and newspaper, took it out at noon and it was PERFECT like always.
