<p />Thanks for the advise and suggestions - my first slow/low cook was a success ! ! ! Had a few problems with the fire after about 7 hours - but no problem getting it going again: 6 1/2 pounds for 17 hours.[p]Put us back in Wilmington ! ! ![p]-B

    Your photo post didn't work, thank goodness, because you tried to post the full size photo. :-) Of course, it does look better that way. I can almost taste it! I suspect your ISP doesn't permit remote linking. Before posting, please resize your photos to something like 640x480 that will fit on the screen. Then you need to find a place to host the photo which does allow remote linking.[p]TNW

    <p />Another try with a smaller pic . ISP should not be a problem since we do remote links to that site often enough, but then changes are always being made.[p]Thanks, Bill
