A quick thanks for all the posts, suggestions and great information on this site and from the forum members. My wife cannot believe I have the patience to wait over 12 hrs (it should have taken longer, but it was 12 am and I was so close) for anything, but the two Butts (around 6 lbs each) I did over the weekend impressed her. Besides burning my finers a bit because I couldn't wait to start pulling the pork, I was ecstatic with the outcome. My poor dog almost had a heart attack because I wouldn't give her any (ok, maybe a small taste;)).[p]I am ready for grandma's 80th birthday this weekend...and of course, the next challenge.[p]Later!
