So I'm cooking a 7.6lb brisket tomorrow... Put it on at 10PM using my Stoker.

Controlling my Stoker from my PC using a wireless bridge connected to the Ethernet port of the Stoker.

Can you pls explain the STOKER, I am not new to cooking, in fact I run a big steak house in Chicago, for a living! But I am new to the EGG! I want to purchase a fan and or temp controlling device. What should I do?

Extremely easy to use. Naked Whiz website has great review. Connecting to the wireless bridge to a little work but it wasn't very hard either.
