And this is the meal, all this for two? Can you say leftovers? We didn't invite anyone because the ribs had been in the freezer for most of the year.

The wine is from the state of Washington. Red Diamond Merlot. I had to visit one of my daughters in NC to find this great wine. Even if the ribs didn't turn out I would have had the wine to turn to. But they did.
