Ready to deploy new template

We are now ready to deploy the new template to eggheadforum.com. I am going to do this now; so, you will notice things change rather suddenly.

This is just a "cosmetic" change for the most part. The forum remains the same.

The primary difference is that the various view options are now all supported via the controls at the top of the page; and, available on all pages instead of just selected ones. And, there is just one menu now instead of several. Hopefully these changes will simplify things for everyone (I know they will for me :-)).

There is a "Quick Start" on the home page which should answer many of your initial questions about the new controls; and, also an "FAQ" under the new help menu. As always, you can post questions that are not answered by one of these resources to the "Forum Feedback" category.
