Put a 10 pound picnic shoulder on Mr. Egg yeasterday at 12:30 stabilized at 250º and cooked all night finishing this morning at 6:30 with an internal temp of 195º.
The aroma is heavenly. Will pull and take to my daughters home as a house warming "something".
This morning when I went out to chech the air was still and the aroma made me start to drool. . . I know, I already drool too much. Glad my neighbors weren't up and out they would have been over to visit like they have in the past. Just gonna be a really great day!
