... for the bridal party I'm feeding tomorrow morning. Quick question though. Do you think a scrambled egg mixture poured over the cheese, bacon, and sausage will work as opposed to pre scrambled eggs? Other than running over the edge I can't think of any reasons why not. I'll just dam up the edges with extra cheese to prevent it from running over. Thanks. FG

    I am sure it would work, but I think that you should go for a lower temp than a regular pizza cook. Hard to imagine you could get the eggs done before the crust burns, if you go for the high temp.
  • Haven't tried that - I would be concerned over the crust being done before the eggs were cooked. Bob's suggestion of a lower temp is a good idea. I like to eggxperiment with something like that before geauxing live. :ermm:
