Just marinated chicken breast and veggies in italian dressing for a few hours and grilled at 350 dome to 160. The chicken, mushrooms, onion, bell peppers, and tomatoes were very good. The cauliflower, and squash absorbed too much smoke from the lump, and had a very strong taste. I think next time I'll leave those out.

I'd be glad to pull up a plate to that table full of food. Looks great.

Hi JoJo,
That looks like a really nice, healthy meal. May I ask about the contraption in the first pic? What are you using for that second level above the chicken breasts? I haven't seen one of those before. -
Hey beanie-bean, that contraption is what's known as a homemade raised grid thingie. I haven't quite decided what to do about cooking on a raised grid or multi-level cooking so that was cheap until I figure it out.
