Thought I would share this recipe on Cajun Corn.

Made it the other night for the wife's Bunco group and they really loved it.

One note is that I used salted butter and the product was a little salty. Next time, I think I will use unsalted.

Cajun Corn

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup butter
1 Tbs minced garlic
3 cups fresh or frozen corn
5 tsp Creole seasonong
2 Tbs chopped fresh Italian parsley

Cajun Corn:
1 Toss the butter in a skillet and add the garlic. Cook until soft. Dump in the corn and stir in the Creole seasoning. Cook for several minutes, add the parsley, stir and enjoy. Enough for 4
