I have used it twice. Had this egg since May 15 of this year. Up till recently, I have not done too much indirect cooking on it.

Ahhh... I love my platesetter.

Great for ribs, butts, and wings.

In fact, I am about to go to the mothership to buy one for a friend's B-day that does not have one.

Last night was a blast...our 6 closest friends and their families came over for ribs...Kids got hotdogs. :P
Here are the ribs yesterday before the cook...



Here are my two babies...it was great spending the afternoon with them...





Here is the setup...Inverted Plate setter, drip pan with apple juice/ apple cider vinegar, quartered apple, grill, then rib rack



Here they are with 15 minutes left...Did 2 dry rub, 2 sweet, 2 sweet and apicy.
