Just got around to uploading Sunday's cook.
2 dozen wings for the neighbors marinated then hung at 300° till 190° internal

Half a beef tenderloin marinated for 30 min. with roasted garlic teriyaki and rubbed with raisen the steaks

350 indirect

pulled at 125 internal

1 pound AZRP spicey shrimp

at 450 direct with raised grate

about 2 1/2 min a side

Plated (shrimp in a separate bowl) no pics of the potato on the egg

Great meal and a great way to spend the day

No sear but the marinade did brown it nice. Forget the time but took longer that I thought to get 125° internal. Leftovers made for great lunches after the wife and I fought over who gets what. She won but it was all good.
